Many agents list a home and put a lock box on the door, allowing random agents to come in and show your home. Judy does not use lock boxes. She will be there to show your home off to prospective buyers. Who is better qualified to show your home than the listing agent who can point out boundaries and all the amenities the home has to offer? After all, you are paying an agent. Shouldn’t that agent be there? Judy will be there for your home, septic and well inspections, appraisal, etc.
In addition to not using lock boxes, Judy answers her phone and will answer any questions you may have during the transaction process. If she doesn’t answer immediately, she will call in a very short amount of time.
